SMD2835 LED Strip Features：
1. High-density integration
Flexible lamp density: 60-240 beads/m, high-density models (such as 240 beads/m) can reach 2000-1800lm/m of luminous flux, meeting the main lighting needs.
Support ultra-thin design, suitable for narrow spaces (such as cabinet gaps, furniture edges).
2. Flexible substrate and waterproof process
Substrate type:
Flexible FPC (bendable, coiled), bending radius ≥ 30mm, suitable for arc installation.
Aluminum substrate (hard, stronger heat dissipation), suitable for high-power scenarios.
Waterproof level:
IP20 (unprotected): indoor dry environment.
IP65 (waterproof with dripping glue): dustproof and splashproof, suitable for kitchens and bathrooms.
IP68 (fully sealed with silicone sleeve): long-term use underwater or outdoors.
3. Easy to install and cut
Set cutting points for every 3/6 lamp beads, cut as needed.
Pre-attached 3M glue or snap-on design on the back to simplify the installation process.
4. Brightness and light efficiency
Light efficiency 80-120lm/W (depending on the configuration), high light efficiency models save 30%-50% energy compared to traditional light strips (such as SMD3528).
Luminous flux range per meter:
Low density (60 pieces/m): about 600-800lm/m
High density (240 pieces/m): about 1800lm/m.
5. Color performance
Supports full color temperature (1800K-6500K) and RGB color versions to meet the needs of atmosphere lighting.
High color rendering index (RA≥90) models accurately restore the color of objects, suitable for jewelry stores and art galleries.
6. Heat dissipation and life
The heat dissipation efficiency of aluminum substrate light strips is 40% higher than that of ordinary FPC, and the life is extended to 50,000 hours (light decay <30%).
The outdoor model uses glue filling process to enhance heat dissipation to avoid light decay in high temperature environment.
